I thought I was getting Crosstex wraps, but instead received something else. My time is very valuable, and I don't want to be bothered having to request a return. Net32 Response: We are sorry for the vendor's mistake. Net32 notified ODS Online of the issue. ODS Online provided a prepaid label to return the incorrect product. ODS Online also shipped the customer the correct product at no additional charge to the customer.
