The products that you purchase from Med32 vendors are products that are manufactured and distributed by the manufacturers themselves, genuine products that you should expect to perform as such.

If at any time, for any reason, a manufacturer declines to guarantee the quality and safety of, or offer any warranty for, a product, and a Med32 vendor declines to provide such guarantee and warranty, Med32 will do so. In such cases, should you not be satisfied with the product you have purchased in the Med32 marketplace, we will send a prepaid shipping label for return of the product by you and arrange for full reimbursement or replacement of the product, as you may choose. At no time will there be any charges to you.
