Return Policy

All returns must be issued a return authorization (RA) number. Any returns with the RA number not clearly written on the outside of the package will be returned to sender at their expense. Items returned for reasons other than damage or defect will be returned at the shipper's expense and will incur a restocking fee per the manufacturer's terms, which may be up to 50%. Returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date. Returns must be in original package with unbroken seal, unopened. Defective items need authorization before returning and will be evaluated before credit is issued. Damaged goods need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt to receive credit.

Other

Special shipping will incur prevailing charge. There is a $25 per CASE shipping fee on cases of gloves.
