Order was messed up
When I ordered this product it said it would ship within 3-4 business days. When I didn't see a tracking update a week later, I contacted Net32 who reached out to the distributor(DDI Supply). They said they didn't know why it hadn't shipped yet and would do so that day. A couple of days later I still saw no tracking info so I inquired again and was told that the item was on back order and no one realized and that it wouldn't ship for about another week, which also held up another part of that order.
