Ordered 12/6/22. Says shipped 12/6/22. Estimated delivery date is 1/9/23. Even with Christmas shipping season happening, that's ridiculous. So this is the first time we have purchased monoject from Net32, and these arrived in a monoject box as expected. However, when i opened them, there is no monoject labeling on the yellow outer shield of the needles. We have had monoject needles in the past, and they are always labelled (size, brand name, and bevel indicator). These have no label at all and no arrow for bevel indication. The needles have a completely plan outer shield. I am not sure if they are from another manufacturer and just put in a monoject box, or if they somehow missed being labeled. I have never seen such a thing. This is very strange. Net32 Response (11/25/20): We are sorry that the customer received needles that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Tradent Supply of the customer's concerns and provided a prepaid label to return the product to Net32 for review.
