Update to Review - Problem Solved
Review Update: Net32 has since rectified the issue and sent new boxes. The hinges have all broken. I ordered 10 of these. All 10 were broken coming out of the box, and degraded further upon first use. Net32 Response (1/12/22): We are sorry that the customer received Instrument Steri Containers that did not meet expectations. Net32 notified Carolina Dental of the customer's concerns. Carolina Dental contacted the manufacturer and relayed the customer's concerns. The manufacturer sent a complimentary replacement at no charge to the customer.
