with River Dental SuppliesNot what the Doctor ordered!Ordered 1 case (50 packs) and received 1 case of 25 packs instead! The description also includes stay-dry ice packs; the item photo shows the ice packs inserted in the sleeve!!! At first I thought the delivery was incomplete, that I would be receiving the other 25 packs AND the ice inserts in a separate delivery. But no, received a completed process order email instead. That's when I knew they made a mistake on my order.
